A multidisciplinary team responds to the needs of key financial partners and main distributors to handle all insurance operations.
Numerous jobs are indispensable to CBP’s business: account managers, application drafters and underwriters, claims handlers, multilingual call-centre staff, actuaries, statisticians, marketing and/or communication managers, counsels, internal auditors, financial and accounting experts, administrative managers, systems and networks managers, developers, project managers (IT and organisation), and all the roles connected with human resources.
My role at CBP covers the preparation stage of the underwriting of an insurance contract: I carry out the necessary studies to decide on the acceptability of the risks for the insurer. Before taking my decision, I carry out various assessments, taking into account the insurance company’s own policy and the level of risk attached to the client’s application. My job requires good inter-personal skills and a good capacity for analysis.

My job as project manager allows me to focus on subjects that are key to CBP: in particular, I work on personal insurance diversification files. My day-to-day work consists of orchestrating the development of projects with all the other tasks being carried out at CBP, including technical, management, IT and those related to sales. So my job requires excellent coordination skills and a methodical approach in order to bring together and motivate the participants.![]()
From my position within the IT team, my task is to develop tailor-made solutions specific to each client. I guarantee effective management of the project while respecting both specifications and budget, as well as keeping an eye on planning. I get involved right from the draft stage dealing, among other things, with production times, the budget and the number of developers. My job of coordinating and organising the project team begins as soon as the project goes forward. In the final phase of the project, I play a role in implementing the IT tool and, where necessary, propose and organise possible improvements. On a day-to-day basis of course I use my technical skills and job know-how, but also my capacity for organisation, innovation and thoroughness.

As Account Manager in the Sales Department, I guarantee the coordination of the commercial business with the Management, Organisation and SDI departments, for all the projects affecting our clients. I have been working at CBP since it was set up. Our culture has remained the same: to maintain a superior level of specialist knowledge, advise our distributors and provide high-quality management of the products that are entrusted to us. To satisfy these objectives we maintain a team approach, hence my role as in-house coordinator.The Account Manager is the sole intermediary between CBP and the client. He is therefore responsible for everything to do with the insurance files, whether in relation to the client or the in-house teams. ![]()
Within the claims department, I control and organise a team of people whose main tasks are: the appraisal and monitoring of claims files, carrying out of tests for IT development of management tools, quality control of internal management as well as the preparation of external audits. In order to carry out this role successfully, it is necessary to have technical expertise, to be responsive, organised and proactive. ![]()
